ok, some more information. even though now that richie dunn isn't coming my heart is no longer in it, i just went down to casper's at scoped it out. it's going to be 25 bucks per head, which includes a choice of three main options (red meat, white meat and vegan), three dessert options (chocolate, something else, fruit salad), and all the tea and coffee you can drink. you can buy your own alcohol at the bar. we also need to let them know numbers by the 13th. and by the 13th i mean the 20th, but come on, get cracking anyway.

i also went to the gift (nee railway) hotel. they didn't seem to give a crap that 40 extra people may descend upon their doors demanding the dj play chumbawamba's 'tubthumping' three times in a row. oh well. they've been warned.

So we are getting to the business end of things. if people need to RSVP, they can either :
1. do so on facebook
2. leave a comment on the blog at http://sscreunion1997.blogspot.com/
3. email me at natjpgraf@gmail.com or ssc1997reunion1@gmail.com.
4. Let someone else know who can pass on the info via one of the above options.

Ok you mavericks and bounty-hunters. We need to track people down. Its that plain and simple. People who have been lost, missing in action and those who have tried to escape - we need to cast a wide net and not let anyone escape.

The Reward: The most hip-hop happening reunion since 1993...

Badger people, hound their parents, disturb their neighbours until we find them all and they agree to come to, what some people in the media have described as, the most potential rockin' reunion party of the year.

So Brenno and I have developed a list. Apologies if we didn't get everybody but we did it off the top of our heads (and all the spelling mistakes and Brendans fault).

Its now over to you guys. Add more names, tell us who you have contacted, whose contact details you have...there is probably a more structured way to do this but I have a job.

Before the grey hairs and wrinkles really start to set in, its time get your ass to the SSC Grad Class of 1997 High School Reunion.

Relive the memories, tragedies, see who has changed, and of course who has not changed. You will never get another chance like this to plug yourself into the Stawell gossip grapevine. Don't miss out!

Ok, here are the details:

When: 27th October 2007

Where: Dinner at Casper’s Stawell (No partners at this one sorry) - 7:00 pmDrinks, reminiscing and debauchery at the railway – 9:30 pmtill way late (partners more than welcome)

Who: Grad Students of SSC 1997, anybody who was in the same year as the 1997 class but did not graduate, you get the idea.

How will this work:
Join this group; accept the invitation to the event. Pass on the info to anyone not on facebook. We really need people to be creative to get in contact with those we have lost contact with.

Hopefully we will have a comprehensive list and RSVP’s to the SSC Grad Class of 1997 High School Reunion within the next 3 weeks, so we can make a booking at Casper’s.
For people not on facebook – they can RSVP to ssc1997reunion@gmail.com.Also, if people can post names of lost people, kids we have forgotten about and can’t get in contact with, write their names on the wall and me and Brenno will do our best to track them down

I have also sent the group to stawell people who are not in the grad class of 1997 just in case these people know people who the could pass the info onto.
